Introduction to Arabic
This course gives a clear and practical understanding of the Arabic alphabet. You receive intense learning made easy thru our system of verbal repetition. There are written exercises and because of its concentrated format, it is expected that students will practice/implement their reading skills outside of class. Class time is divided between drills, reading content and small passages from the Quran. This course is designed as a preparation for Arabic Course (1). By the end, you will have accomplished full mastery of the Arabic alphabet and will be able to read the Arabic language Inshallah.
Arabic Grammar
This curriculum was devised to introduce the principles of Arabic grammar and the numerous benefits, points and explanations strategically brought forth by Dr. V. Abdur Rahim, author of Arabic Course for English-Speaking Students –Originally Devised & Taught at Madinah Islamic University. Instructional support is present in addition to the teacher. This allows for greater hands-on interaction with the focus primarily on the structure and conversing in the Arabic language. Our goal is to give the student a mirrored image of the teaching system that exists at Madinah University.
